Too crowded, too noisy, very unpleasant There were kids running and screaming around all the time! 2THE FOOD… Definitely British-oriented, unhealthy this year I’m Italian, and food for me is a cultural stuff, but I can understand the frustration of Chefs and kitchen crews, ‘cause cooking for people that understand anything about food is bad, but they have to manage that for the future, my advice… I mean, we’re not all from Great Britain or Germany! 3DECORATION IN & OUTDOOR, but most if all the Publuc Area ???? With a little help this Pkace could raise 2 star more!!

too expensive for hotel condition

nice personal was ready and happy to help the place for parking is in front of the hotel, it often was full though food was different and tasty

old rooms with dripping tap and black plaque in the bathroom. the water didn´t came down from the bathtub there was no welcome water and no kettle with tea-coffee.

Nice staff but in need of some renovations.

Good location, nice staff and a variety of food options at dinner.

Cleanliness and the rooms are in need of renovations, namely the soundproof because you can hear the noise in the hallways and in the adjoining rooms.

2 lifts for many apartments. They moved me to other room because lack of room guest management and the air conditioning in the room didn't work at all and it was not fixed when I stayed there.

Very nice hotel good location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The good was very good and choice was excellent. The hotel is close to the beach and bars and restaurants. There were animations ad the main pool in the evening but finished at a reasonable time.

I had a nice experience. There is nothing I can mention here

a good place, could do with being better

rooms where clean and a good view food was great good location

lots of kids which is strange considering it’s the biggest party destination in europe all Inclusive drinks are not the best you have to give a. €1 deposit for the cup for drinks, which can be very annoying sunbeds aren’t the best

Nice hotel in a good location

Adults pool and sunbed area near the bar is great for a quieter time. They make great coffee at the bar! Garden with loungers too is a peaceful area. Food is good quality and varied. Drinks are good quality for all inclusive. Good hotel for families with children. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants.

No spa or massage available until Summer months, disappointing. Gym small and not great. Bathroom shower gel etc were not filled up and were empty. Adult entertainment was poor. Bedroom walls are very thin so noisy. Poor quality towels.

lovely ️

close to the beach ️, close to the bus stop, close to O Beach Club, good coffee at the bar, 3 pools, one pool adults only, good food ( I could find all the time fish ) all in all satisfied with my stay very very good value for the money

-closing the doors was sort of a noisy because people do not pay attention at closing -the juices ???? ware too sweet -the gym was open just until 19:00 -only plastic cups / plastic glasses at the pool

Decent hotel, great staff, but dragged down by kitchen's performance.

Liked · All the staff was friendly. Waitress Lorena is extremely hard working and she does everything with big smile on her face. Guests love her as we witness multiple guests coming say goodbye to her when leaving. Hotel vas very clean, but aged. Hotel has had 2 main swimming pools, but they were only open from 10:00 to 19:00. Bus stops for local buses to beaches, town and airport are very close to hotel entrance. Beaches are within a walking distance. Pleasant surprise is that dinner included beverages, even beer and wine.

Disliked · We were not impressed with the quality of the food served in the restaurant. We stayed at the hotel 5 nights and did not have any Spanish cuisine. All the cooked vegetables were overcooked. There were fries, burgers being served which gave impression of fast food chain. No traditional Spanish food like paella or Spanish ham or tortilla de patatas. Overal it was heavily orientated towards British kitchen and the overal quality of the food did not meet our expectations of modern gastronomy. The walls between the rooms are not sound proof whatsoever, we could hear people flushing toilet next room and at night we could hear all the chatting and music from next room.

Wonderful experience

Everything was great! The staff always helpful, the swimming pools are very nice, food and drinks all inclusive were amazing

The bed (mattress) is a little bit hard for my taste, just that.
